The Llei d'ordenació del sistema financer (The Financial System Planning Act) of November 27, 1993, governs the Andorran financial system and the executive technical body of financial authority in the Principality of Andorra in charge of these supervisory and regulatory tasks is the Institute Nacional Andorrą de Finances (The National Finance Institute of Andorra).
