Bureaucratic - stamp duties, filing fees, and other bureaucratic charges that come up during the course of processing your various applications for incorporation, bank accounts, trusts, foundations, marine registration, visas, residency permits, work permits and other official activity. This does not include taxes or any other scheduled governmental payments.

Processing - our package fee, as well as other non-governmental charges that are stipulated in advance, during the setting up of your company, bank account, trust, foundation or marine registration.

Periodic - yearly taxes, import or export duties, annual fees from banks, governments or other authorities.

Administrative - comprises our fees for our virtual office and special services.

Management - comprises our fees for OBI trustees, nominees, directors and other positions named during the establishment of your company, bank account, trust, foundation or marine registration.
